If building bigger muscles is your goal, everything needed to start you safely on your quest for colossal size is provided. Moreover, the techniques and training methods you'll learn will produce results that last.
I also provide you with an arsenal of fantastic exercises and teach you how to create and structure your own kick-butt muscle-building routines---ones you'll be able to use for years to come.
That being said, while achieving the comic book proportions of your favorite superhero is possible, it will take a great deal of commitment and dedication on your part along with consistent responsible training, adequate nutrition and rest, intelligent supplementation and patience.

NOTE: If you're looking to get super freaky huge like the current trend of professional bodybuilders you see today, you're going to have to take and do a lot of things that are unhealthy for you. Things I have never taken, done, nor do I recommend or condone.

As a female who wants to lose weight but doesn't want big muscles, I shouldn't lift weights, right?
Wrong. Regular resistance training is every bit as important for women as it is for men. Why? For starters, weight training helps prevent osteoporosis by keeping your bones strong and healthy.
Lifting weights also builds healthy muscle tissue which in turn boosts your metabolism so you burn more calories---even while you're relaxing in front of the tube watching Ellen and Oprah.
It improves your strength and stamina (lugging groceries and screaming little trolls around was never easier). Plus it's the only way to change the composition of your body; your fat to lean-mass ratio. And that's what really determines how your body looks.

Definitely! The majority of my clients don't have a lot of time to exercise---nor do I. That's why I came up with this system.

I'm personally getting great results by only doing 30 - 45 minutes of weight training two or three times a week and a couple of half-hour bike rides---and I'm 47!
