Hey Rude Dude!
When you said "less is more" you weren't kidding. I followed your advice and dropped my weight training down to 3 days a week. I also quit trying to impress everyone with how much I lift and started concentrating on how I was lifting. What a difference!
I just started Phase One - Routine 3 and can't wait to get to Phase Two! I know, patience.

I have been using the system for the past month now and I must say it is a winner!
I am a full time student, have a full time job and don't have a lot of free time. This system is broken down into quick and effective exercise routines that can be done in as little as 30 minutes. I must say everyone can spare that amount of time. I feel great and have more energy than I did before.
For those out there looking for the quickest and easiest way to get in shape---well there is no such thing---but this is pretty close!

Hi Keith,
I really like your book because it's easy to read and follow. I usually don't like to read books in general, but this one flows through really quickly and hits all the points that I want to know about.
Your book is very informative and has shown me step by step what to do and how to do it properly in an easy way to understand. This is really nice for people who are just starting out with exercising or need a refresher course.
I also like that it focuses on safety when doing exercises with the tips on what not to do when doing a particular exercise so you don't get hurt.

I didn't think I'd be writing one of these because I figured they were fake anyway. But after using your book for about 4 months I had to.
I've done alot of routines I seen in magazines or ones me and my buddies cooked up. Alot of them made me sore and wore me out so I figured they worked. I made progress and stuff but as hard as we was working out I thought I'd make more.
Anyway I found your website and thought it was BS because you were talking about flexible training and not working out hard and stuff so I left. Well I came back later a couple of times because I thought its only 40 bucks so I ordered your book and I got it pretty quick and I appreciate that.
When I got it I flipped back to the routines and thought they didn't look all that great but your note said to read stuff first so I started reading and was laughing because it was funny and wasn't boring like I thought. And you was telling me about stuff I didn't think about before.
Anyway I read it first like you said and then started doing the first workout. It was hard not doing more because I used to do like 1 or 2 hours but I didn't. I liked the first routine and it felt good and so I did routine 2 and 3. The way you put your exercises together is different then what I did and they felt good. I didn't do total body workouts because they took to long but yours don't. Now I'm doing phase 2 and I like how it changes so I'm not doing my whole body anymore and that I do my upper body one day and then I do my lower body.
So I wanted to say thanks because my workout are alot shorter but their really good and I'm getting good results even because their short. My buddies want to use my book but I told them to go buy your own book because its only 40 bucks. So I think they might be ordering some from you.
Anyway I just wanted to say thanks and that I like your book and if you want to change this letter to make it sound good thats ok to.
